Restructuring planning
We can help companies devise a credible restructuring and communications strategy aimed at boosting the performance of their under performing business and stakeholder confidence along with it. We can also assist with developing a robust communications strategy, for consistent and coherent delivery of messages to the marketplace, in a language it understands.

Cash management
We work with companies to stabilise their cash position by helping to improve cash management practices. We help organizations develop tighter cash management controls, and more efficient use of existing funds.

Contingency planning
We can assist companies that are dependent on a single business plan to develop an alternative in case of the unexpected. We can help management to remove single plan dependencies, including developing ‚what-if scenario analysis and planning, and clarifying fall back positions.

Investor assistance
We can advise companies when performance of investments or subsidiaries is not going according to plan. We help them ascertain the causes of underperformance, including the delivery of robust methodologies to improve or restructure underperformance.

Lender assistance
We can help lenders to understand better their current risks associated with providing debt and the critical business issues facing their customers. Our approach includes a comprehensive and independent business review and the presentation of our recommendations in a clear and focused report.

Liquidation and insolvency services
We can provide assistance and advice to insolvent companies, their creditors and other stakeholders. Where local legislation permits, our insolvency practitioners undertake formal insolvency appointments, including:

  • Acting on behalf of a secured lender and realising a company’s assets in order to recover a debt due;
  • Acting for a troubled company in accordance with protective orders to facilitate the survival of the company;
  • Winding up the affairs of an insolvent company; and
  • Winding up the affairs of a company in a voluntary liquidation.
